Hidden away behind Avenida da Liberdade is AnNam, a delightfully small restaurant serving Vietnamese and other Chinese-derivative meals.
At just 6 tables you may find yourself waiting for a few minutes to get in, but if you're a larger group then you can probably reserve a table. After a 5 minute wait we were seated and opted for a chicken fried rice and chicken pho.
We weren't in the mood for appetisers but they offer a range of spring rolls which I can assume will be as flavoursome as our main courses were.
This is good food, served quickly and given its location one of the absolute best value dining choices in the centre of town. The family who run the place are opening another restaurant in Saldanha soon and we eagerly look forward to visiting there.
